The upcoming Ward 2 (Orléans West-Innes) Community Q&A is a resident-led session designed to help neighbours get to know their municipal councillor candidates and hear their plans for the next four years.
Rather than a formal debate, this event will use community-submitted questions as a jumping-off point for meaningful conversations about campaign priorities, resident engagement, and the future of the ward.
The candidates this year in Ward 2 are Jenna Jessop, David Purchase, and the incumbent Laura Dudas. Organizers from the community are currently finalizing the scheduling and logistics, please email [email protected] if you want to help.
To ensure the discussion reflects what matters most to our ward, we strongly encourage everyone to submit their election wishes, questions, or suggestions for the candidates to our community forum here. Once you are on the forum, you can also browse through what others have submitted and vote on your preferred suggestions by upvoting the ones you would most like to see addressed. We look forward to seeing your ideas and using them to shape a great conversation!
