Our park infrastructure across the ward is starting to age out. What measures would you implement to ensure all Park renewals include upgrades that allow children and caregivers barrier free access to the playgrounds?

Ansolutely! There needs to no longer be “We don’t have the budget to upgrade this park.”
If thats the case, tear it down when it ages out and focus on select parks that will be chosen for accessibility upgrades!
Gone are the days when it was okay to ignore certain children simply because they are in a certain demographic.
The world needs to do better,
